Having partially grown up in Paramaribo, I developed a deep appreciation for my roots and a strong sense of community building. In my profession, working together happens very often. As I mentioned, I like partnering up with like-minded entities. Personalities come into play and that’s where it can get tricky.
To make it a bit easier for myself I take these tests from time to time to see how my personality develops. To me, the significance of personality tests is in gaining self-awareness and understanding others. Personality tests provide insights into different aspects of individual characters, behavior, and preferences, allowing for a deeper understanding of oneself and others.
