Patta SS25 “Streets and Stories”
The Patta Spring/Summer 2025 collection goes back to the streets and the stories they tell. Drawing inspiration from the energy of Caribbean destinations as well as coastal hubs, this collection captures the spirit of communal spaces. From parks, football fields, corner stores and city beaches, while evoking the nostalgia of late-night gas stations stops.
A palette of warm, sun-washed tones such as orange, lilac, and red sets the mood, balanced by earthy tones like sand and brown. Camo patterns in pinks, purples and browns and leopard prints take centre stage. Textures and fabrics are integral, with vintage-inspired tricot tracksuits, crochet stripes, and space-dye jacquard fabrics creating layers of depth. The collection’s graphics, including cartoon-style designs, spray-paint effects, and photo-prints, bring a playful, nostalgic touch to the overall aesthetic.
Relaxed silhouettes with a hint of retro influences dominate. Key pieces include the leopard boiler suit, soft knitted cardigans, and pink waffle co-ord set. The female fits are seamlessly integrated into the collection, offering bodystockings, baby tees, cropped zipped hoodies, a skirt and jogging pants.
Continuing our tribute to the artists who inspire and energize us, the SS25 campaign video highlights L.A.-based artist Sideshow in a raw, unfiltered video showcasing key pieces from the collection. Sideshow’s journey spans continents, born in Tigray, raised in the DMV, and now based in Los Angeles. His music reflects the depth of his experiences, shaped by his roots and travels around the world.
Filmed against a gritty backdrop, the SS25 campaign video captures the essence of the collection, echoing the stories embedded in the streets.
The first drop of the Patta SS25 is available online, the Patta mobile app as well as in the Patta chapter stores in Amsterdam, London, Milan and Lagos.
